Learn to Tangle: Zone In, Not Out

Wednesday March 5th 6:00-7:30 pm

Learn how to create beautiful and intricate designs using the Zentangle Method, a mindfulness-based approach to drawing that can help reduce stress and anxiety.

Certified Zentangle Teacher Sarah’s focus in this class is on "Zoning In" -

being present and focused in the moment, rather than zoning out.

Through guided instruction, follow intricate, repetitive patterns that will

engage your mind and help you achieve a state of flow and relaxation.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop

is suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress, and improve focus.

Recommended for ages 16 and up.

Come "Zone In" and create beautiful works of art

while achieving a greater sense of calm and well-being.

A $30 ticket includes a take-home kit with enough supplies for class and

to create a few pieces at home! Includes a sturdy box to hold all your supplies.

A $15 ticket allows you to bring your own supplies from home

(you’ll be emailed a recommended list of supplies).
