My grandmother, a graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago, carried a deep passion for art that she passed down to me. While I did not follow the traditional academic route, her influence awakened a creative instinct within me. Each piece is intuitively created. I never sketch beforehand. This practice challenges me to trust the creative process, allowing the work to unfold naturally without structure, resulting in pieces that are raw, spontaneous, and alive.”
