I am a self-taught artist. I started painting when I retired in 2019. I started with watercolors and then moved to acrylics. I learned through watching videos and reading books on various techniques. I was drawn to palette knife painting as I liked the texture and depth it gave to a painting.

 

My favorite things to paint are seascapes, landscapes, sunsets, and moon paintings. I find inspiration from nature, photographs, other artist’s work and put my own spin on it. I recently started dabbling in more abstract paintings which are fun to create and paint.
